Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Visa Counsellor to guide students/clients regarding visa processes, documentation, and application procedures. The candidate should have good English communication skills and computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
Counsel clients/students regarding visa requirements and application procedures.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable visa options.
Prepare, check, and maintain visa application documents.
Assist clients in completing visa application forms accurately.
Coordinate with clients regarding required documents and application status.
Maintain proper records of applications and client information.
Follow up on visa applications and provide regular updates to clients.
Stay updated with visa rules, documentation requirements, and application procedures.
Handle client queries professionally through calls, emails, and in-person communication.
Required Skills
Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic to good computer knowledge.
Proficiency in MS Office, email, and internet browsing.
Valuable documentation and record-keeping skills.
Strong counselling and client-handling skills.
Ability to communicate professionally with clients.
Good attention to detail.
Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline.
Experience in visa counselling, immigration, study abroad, or travel industry will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,610.45 per month
