The Ground Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day ground operations, ensuring smooth shipment movement, monitoring operational activities, and supporting the team in achieving productivity and service-quality targets.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily ground operations and ensure smooth shipment movement.
Monitor inbound and outbound shipment activities.
Coordinate with delivery executives, warehouse teams, and other operational teams.
Ensure timely loading, unloading, sorting, scanning, and dispatch of shipments.
Track shipment status and follow up on pending or delayed shipments.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
Monitor manpower attendance, productivity, and daily performance.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for quick resolution.
Support the Team Lead/Operations Manager in achieving daily targets.
Handle customer or shipment-related operational escalations when required.
Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline within the operational area.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in logistics, courier, warehouse, transportation, or operations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and operational reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a quick-paced environment.
Solid problem-solving and follow-up skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends/holidays as per operational requirements.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
