Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who has expertise in Instagram marketing and video editing. The role involves creating engaging video content, managing social media campaigns, and boosting brand presence on Instagram and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize Instagram marketing campaigns to grow followers and engagement.

Create and edit high-quality, trendy, and engaging short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Posts) for the company’s Instagram page.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and Instagram algorithm updates.

Manage and monitor the company’s Instagram account, ensuring consistent branding and creativity.

Develop and implement strategies to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.

Design and manage paid ad campaigns on Instagram/Facebook when required.

Collaborate with the design and content team to align visuals, messaging, and campaigns.





Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on growth and ROI.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.

Proven experience in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.).

Strong understanding of Instagram content strategies, trends, and analytics.

Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEO basics).

Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to produce visually appealing content.

Positive communication and project management skills.

Preferred:

Prior experience managing Instagram pages for brands.

Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Familiarity with influencer collaboration and content marketing strategies.
