About the Role

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Visa Sales and Operations Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end visa application process for our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building.
Proven experience in sales, customer service, or operations, only in the immigration or visa services industry.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Knowledge of visa regulations, immigration laws, and consular procedures is a plus.
Ability to adapt to a quick-paced, dynamic work setting and willingness to take on new challenges.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel Students for universities and colleges across Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and European countries.




Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable institutions and programs.
Follow up with institutions regarding application status, offers, and pending documents.
Coordinate with counsellors to ensure smooth admission processing.
Maintain excellent relationships with university representatives and admission teams.
Keep updated with admission policies, eligibility criteria, and country-specific requirements.
Assist students in understanding offer letters, tuition fee deposits, CAS/LOA procedures, and pre-visa requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in international admissions or overseas education.
Strong knowledge of admission processes for Canada, UK, Australia, Recent Zealand, and European countries.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
