We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Operations Executive to support our day-to-day operational requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing vendors, identifying suitable locations and resources, coordinating with stakeholders, managing procurement activities, and ensuring timely completion of operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and evaluate suitable vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Visit and assess potential locations, properties, or operational requirements as needed.
Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate procurement activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Track operational requirements and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Maintain records of procurement, vendor communications, and project updates.
Assist in managing company assets, facilities,
and operational resources.
Prepare reports and provide updates to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) and MS Office.
Ability to travel locally when required.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in procurement, operations, facilities, or coordination roles is preferred.
