Responsibilities
​Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and other support channels.
​Understand customer issues and provide accurate and timely solutions.
​Assist customers with product features, usage, and basic technical issues.
​Coordinate with the development and technical teams to resolve complex issues.
​Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
​Maintain proper records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
​Escalate critical or unresolved issues to the appropriate team.
​Collect customer feedback and share insights with the internal team.




​Maintain a skilled and positive relationship with customers.

Requirements
​Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
​Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
​Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
​Willingness to learn current software products and technologies.
​Hindi-speaking candidates will be preferred.
