We are looking for a hands-on and experienced Assistant Production Manager with 5+ years of experience in Modular Furniture Manufacturing & Quality Control.
The ideal candidate should have solid experience in shop-floor management, production planning, quality control, manpower management, client coordination, and timely project delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily production activities and achieve production targets within timelines.
Supervise production teams and monitor manpower & machine utilization.
Manage the complete manufacturing process from cutting to packing.
Ensure quality control at CNC, Cutting, Edge Banding, Drilling, Assembly & Finishing stages.
Control rejection,
rework and material wastage.
Read and understand technical, layout & working drawings.
Handle client coordination, meetings and resolve production/quality-related issues.
Prepare and maintain Production, QC, Rejection & MIS reports.
Ensure 5S, safety and quality standards across the shop floor.
