Campus Safety & Wellness: Address parental inquiries regarding campus security, emergency protocols, health centers, and mental health support services.
Student Support Services: Explain available academic tutoring, accessibility services,



career counseling, and housing arrangements.
Expectation Management: Help parents navigate the transition from high school to college, clarifying boundaries related to student independence and FERPA guidelines.
