Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support financial reporting and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, bank reconciliations, and trial balances.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment documentation.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
Prepare financial statements and management reports.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Ensure timely filing of tax and statutory returns.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents.




Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Good knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Experience with Tally / Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Preferred Skills
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas).
Experience in preparing MIS reports.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Salary
