Job Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews and offer coordination.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, probation, confirmation and exit formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave, employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and employee-related documentation.
Identify employee training and development needs based on role requirements and performance.
Coordinate performance reviews, KRAs/KPIs and employee development activities.
Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, housekeeping, security, stationery and office supplies.
Handle business travel arrangements, including flight/train bookings, accommodation, local transportation and travel schedules for employees and management.
Prepare HR, Admin,
training and basic financial reports for management.
Handle other HR, administrative, bookkeeping and operational responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Experience: 2–5 years in HR & Administration
