Job Description – Counter Staff (Sweet Shop)
Greet customers and take orders politely.
Display and explain sweets, snacks, and other products.
Pack items accurately and hygienically.
Handle cash, UPI, cards, and billing/POS transactions.
Maintain cleanliness and proper product display at the counter.
Check stock and inform the supervisor about low-stock items.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Assist with opening/closing duties and daily counter operations.
Requirements: Positive communication, basic billing/cash-handling skills, customer-service attitude, and willingness to work shifts/weekends.
