We are looking for an Order Management / Sales Coordinator qualified to manage the complete order lifecycle, from order acceptance to invoicing and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Looking for women empowerment or preferably females
Manage order processing, sales orders, contracts, pricing, invoicing and order closure.
Coordinate with customers, sales, operations, plant, QC, supply chain and finance teams.
Handle dispatch planning, logistics, shipping documentation and material movement.
Manage customer communication, payment follow-ups, PDC/LC documentation and collections.
Monitor production progress, prepare MIS and invoicing forecasts.
Execute purchase contracts and manage end-to-end project coordination, including technical documentation, third-party agencies, inspections and customer approval
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
