Telecaller – Customer Support & Feedback

Make feedback calls to regular and current customers regarding their product experience.
Follow up with customers who purchased products from exhibitions and collect their feedback.
Identify customer concerns, queries, and purchase barriers and share feedback with the team.
Maintain proper records of customer calls, feedback, and follow-ups.
Build positive customer relationships through skilled and polite communication.
Coordinate with the sales and customer support teams whenever required.

Requirements: Excellent English speaking and communication skills are mandatory,



along with a pleasant voice, confidence, good listening skills, and basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
