Job Description

What we're looking for:

Key Responsibilities
Check manuscript files, figures, tables, supplementary materials, and other components for completeness.
Clean unnecessary formatting and prepare files for further production.
Format article titles, author names, affiliations, correspondence details, abstracts, keywords, history dates, and headings according to the journal style.
Correct spelling, punctuation, capitalization, spacing, units, symbols, and basic grammatical errors.
Format references according to the prescribed style.
Check uncited, unlisted, duplicate, mismatched, and incomplete references.
Ensure citations, references, figures, and tables appear in the correct sequential order.
Check figure captions, table titles, equations, float anchors, and citations.
Verify mandatory statements, such as funding, conflicts of interest, ethics, author contributions, and data availability, where applicable.
Make corrections using Track Changes and raise transparent author or editorial queries for missing or unclear information.
Follow journal style sheets, checklists, customer instructions, and turnaround times.
