Job Discription -
Production planning and manpower handling
Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke and Lean Manufacturing
Basic knowledge of Quality & Safety standards
Problem-solving and root-cause analysis
Team handling and leadership skills
Basic computer/MS Excel knowledge
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Quali - DME/BE/BTECH - Mechanical.
Experience - 1 To 2 yr.
Responsibility-
Manage daily production activities as per production plan.
Allocate manpower and monitor operator performance.
Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.
Monitor man, machine, material and method utilization
Monitor rejection, rework and productivity and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and PPC departments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
