About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Associate (BDA) who can handle the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to conversion — for our skill-based education programs offered to schools and institutions.
This role involves a mix of telecalling, virtual meetings, and field visits (only after confirmed appointments).
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in sales / BDA / telesales / education sales preferred
Solid communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
Willingness to travel for sales meetings when required
Ability to work independently and close deals
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and online meeting tools
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹28,738.79 per month
