JOB TITLE: Learning Officer

Location: Little Millennium Hudkeshwar

Role Summary:

The Centre Head shall be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the preschool, including admissions, staff supervision, parent relationship management, operations, safety, security, and facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
Achieve admission and enrolment targets assigned by management.
Supervise and manage teachers, security personnel, housekeeping, and support staff.
Ensure curriculum and lesson plans are implemented effectively by teachers as per academic guidelines.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, and professional conduct.
Maintain robust relationships with parents and promptly address concerns and feedback.
Ensure high standards of student care, parent satisfaction,



and service quality.
Oversee daily operations, administration, and documentation of the centre.
Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of the preschool premises.
Enforce all safety, security, and child protection protocols without exception.
Coordinate with management to ensure smooth and productive functioning of the centre.
