KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle breakdown and preventive maintenance of machines.
Troubleshoot PLC, relays, contactors and electrical control circuits.
Work on SPM, Assembly Machines, Hydraulic Presses, Hoists, Cranes and Conveyors.
Ensure timely completion of breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Execute PM as per checklist and ensure 100% machine availability.
Identify required spares and record consumption on shift basis.
Perform TPM activities – CLIRT & KH and condition-based maintenance.
Monitor machine parameters and support energy-saving initiatives.
Ensure cleaning, calibration and zero quality deviations during maintenance.
Follow safety procedures and wear all required PPE. Zero-unsafe practices.




Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
