We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Inside Sales Executive to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable spare-parts information.
Receive and process customer orders accurately.
Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and payments.
Coordinate with the internal sales and operations team.
Maintain customer and order details.
Build positive relationships with existing and new customers.
Achieve assigned sales and order targets.

Skills Required:
Good communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Kannada/Hindi/English communication is an advantage.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25000 per month + incentives, based on experience and performance.
