We are looking for an experienced and strategy-driven Senior Social Media Manager to lead client social media portfolios at Fullscoop Digital. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end campaign strategy, social media planning, team coordination, and client communication for brands across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive monthly social media calendars and content strategies for 510 client accounts.
Team Execution: Coordinate daily with in-house video editors, graphic designers, and content writers to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling daily communications, status reporting, feedback integration, and escalations.
Performance & Reporting: Track key performance metrics across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn),



providing actionable insights and monthly analytics reports to clients.
Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and creative formats to continuously innovate client campaigns.

Requirements:
Experience: 1 to 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably within an agency setting.
Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, and social scheduling tools.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for client handling and content oversight.
Skills: Solid leadership, multi-tasking, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
