Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
Understand client requirements and share suitable profiles.
Coordinate interviews and take client feedback.
Maintain valuable relationships with clients and candidates.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in any industry job consultancy/recruitment agency will be preferred.
Candidates from other fields with client-handling/recruitment experience can also apply.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
