Role: MEP BIM Modeler

Location: Trivandrum, Kerala

Experience Level: Minimum 1 year

Qualification: Diploma/B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage Revit MEP models for Electrical & Mechanical systems as per project standards.
Coordinate and integrate architectural, structural, and MEP services for clash-free design output.
Conduct periodic model audits, clash detection, and coordination meetings using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
Ensure compliance with company BIM execution standards and international design codes.
Collaborate closely with design engineers, project managers, and other discipline leads to achieve design intent and delivery timelines.
Maintain drawing documentation, version control, and submission logs.

Required Qualification and Experience
Diploma/B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Revit MEP modeling.
Solid knowledge of Electrical,



HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and service drawings.
Positive command of AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks Manage.
Familiarity with BIM coordination and LOD standards (LOD 100–500) is preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
