Job Requirements

Proven experience in production management, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
Solid knowledge of production processes, quality control measures, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced setting and lead teams.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies is an asset.
