Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and mitigate risks impacting service delivery.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering skilled growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Asset Management.
Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices.
Experience with monitoring and maintaining IT production environments.
Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve service objectives.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in a agile setting.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Asset Management.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI location.
