Role & responsibilities
Perform multi-step organic synthesis of API intermediates and final products.
Develop and optimize synthetic routes for improved yield, purity, and cost.
Conduct reaction monitoring, purification, and characterization of compounds.
Maintain accurate laboratory records and prepare technical reports.
Support process scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing.
Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, EHS, and regulatory guidelines.
Collaborate with analytical, production, QA, and regulatory teams
