B.E. (Mechanical / Production / Electrical or related discipline)
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
Experience
B.E. Candidates: Experience not mandatory; suitable for candidates with relevant technical exposure.
DME Candidates: 10 to 20 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments.
Freshers are not preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day production activities within the manufacturing plant.
Monitor production processes and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores departments.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures.
Prepare production reports and maintain documentation.
For factory operations role,
travel to customer or branch locations as required.
Skills Required
Good understanding of manufacturing and production processes.
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced factory setting.
Knowledge of quality and safety standards.
