Go Kite Travel & Tours is hiring a Global Visa Consultant – B2B Sales for our Bangalore branch. We’re looking for a travel/visa professional with strong knowledge of global visa processes and experience working with travel agents and B2B partners. The role involves handling partner enquiries, providing visa guidance, driving sales, and building strong agent relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B enquiries from travel agents and partners.
Advise agents on visa requirements, documentation, processing timelines, and procedures.
Prepare quotations and follow up on leads to drive conversions.
Coordinate with the visa operations team for smooth processing.
Build and maintain robust relationships with travel-agent partners.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell visa services.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up regularly.
Stay updated on embassy rules, visa policies, and documentation requirements.
Requirements
1–4 years of B2B sales experience in travel, tourism, or visa services.
Robust knowledge of global visa procedures and documentation.
Experience handling travel agents/B2B clients preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with strong sales and conversion skills.
Comfortable using CRM and handling multiple partner enquiries.
Based in or willing to work from Bangalore.
