Key Responsibilities:
Maintain SOPs, production schedules and hygiene records.
Supervise day-to-day production activities.
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
Ensure employees follow all safety and production procedures.
Maintain plant cleanliness and readiness for production.
Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualification: Food Technology / Food Science
Experience: Relevant experience in food production preferred.
