Key Responsibilities:
Provide home loan solutions to customers purchasing properties in ANAROCK partner projects and the open market.
Evaluate customer financials and recommend suitable loan products.
Follow up with customers for loan processing and closures.
Drive business for assigned builder projects and manage in office relationships.
Coordinate with Sales, CRM teams, and bankers at site.
Maintain robust relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Track daily banker activity and maintain MIS/reporting.
Preferred Profile:
Graduate; MBA/Finance preferred.
Experience in home loans, banking, NBFC, or mortgage sales preferred.
Robust relationship management and customer handling skills.
