Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Creative & Production Media Associate to join our
team at CP Group India, a global leader in the aquaculture industry. In this role, you will be responsible
for developing creative concepts, visual communication, and content that support CPF Indias
corporate image, business objectives, and strategic messaging across all channels. A willingness to
learn and a robust interest in the aquaculture sector are essential. You will receive training and support
from experienced professionals while contributing to the growth of our Agro-Industry business.

Job Title:

Creative & Production Media Associate.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

a) Develop creative concepts and visual designs for corporate communications, including booth
design, marketing materials, and brand assets.

b) Produce high-quality artwork and design materials aligned with corporate brand guidelines.

c) Create engaging content (visual, graphic, and video) to support aquaculture and livestock
business communication.

Edit and produce video content for internal and external communication channels.

f) Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations) to support business
initiatives.

g) Participate in field visits (e.g., customer visits, events, exhibitions) to gather insights and translate into impactful content.

Required Skills

a) Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (or equivalent tools)

b) Robust visual design sense with attention to layout, typography, and Ability to create both static
graphic designs and video content

c) Understanding of branding and corporate identity guidelines

d) Ability to translate business information into creative, engaging content

e) Robust storytelling skills (visual and messaging)

f) Positive attitude with willingness to learn about the aquaculture/agro-industry sector
