The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of professional Audio-Visual (AV) products and solutions. The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful promotion of AV systems including professional audio equipment, video conferencing solutions, display systems, control systems, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the AV market (corporates, education, hospitality, retail, entertainment, government projects).
Generate leads through networking, client visits, events, and cold calling.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demos, and proposals.
Sales & Client Engagement
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable AV solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Negotiate pricing,
terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat and referral business.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into client perks.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good networking skills and ability to build long-term client relationships.
Remuneration:
Base Salary: 3 -5 LPA (Depending on Experience and Skills)
Incentives: Target-based incentives.
