Job Overview

We are looking for CA professionals with strong core Internal Audit / Risk Consulting experience to join our Internal Audit team at Consultant / Assistant Manager level.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in risk-based internal audits, process audits, control testing, IFC/ICFR, P2P and O2C processes, preferably gained within a consulting setting.

Key Responsibilities
Execute risk-based internal audits across business and operational processes.
Conduct process audits covering Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C) and other key finance/business processes.
Perform Internal Financial Controls (IFC/ICFR) assessments and control testing.
Conduct process walkthroughs and identify key risks and control gaps.
Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls.
Identify audit observations, assess risk impact and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare audit working papers, reports and management presentations.
Interact with clients and key stakeholders to understand processes and discuss audit findings.




Support multiple internal audit / risk advisory assignments across non-financial services industries.

Desired Candidate Profile
CA qualified with 15 years of relevant experience.
Robust core Internal Audit / Risk Consulting experience; candidates with primarily Statutory Audit experience will not be considered.
Exposure to P2P, O2C, Risk-Based Audits, IFC/ICFR and Control Testing.
Candidates from consulting firms / professional services firms preferred.
Solid client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent analytical, communication and report-writing skills.
MBA candidates may be considered only if they have strong relevant Internal Audit / Consulting experience.

Experience & Compensation

Consultant:
CA with 13 years of experience

Assistant Manager:
CA with 3–5 years of experience

Notice Period

Immediate joiners / candidates serving notice / candidates with maximum 30 days' notice period preferred.

Preferred Industry

Candidates with experience across non-financial services sectors will be preferred.
