Job Summary

We are looking for a caring, energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to nurture young children and create a safe, joyful, and engaging learning environment. The teacher will be responsible for supporting the overall academic, social, emotional, and physical development of children through age-appropriate activities and play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct engaging lessons and age-appropriate classroom activities.
Use play, stories, rhymes, music, art, games, and hands-on activities to support learning.
Create a warm, protected, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Develop children's communication, social, motor, cognitive, and emotional skills.
Observe and assess children's progress and maintain appropriate records.
Encourage good habits, manners, independence, and positive behaviour.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's development and classroom activities.




Participate in school events, celebrations, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
Prepare teaching-learning materials and maintain classroom displays.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and the school coordinator to implement the curriculum.
Follow school policies, procedures, and child-safeguarding guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Graduate degree; ECCEd / NTT / D.El.Ed. / Montessori training will be an advantage.
Prior experience working with pre-primary children is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, compassionate, and approachable personality.
Creative approach to teaching and classroom management.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Genuine interest in early childhood education.
