The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Service Cloud features including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, Process Automation, and Lightning development. Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
Configure and customize Case Management, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, and SLAs.
Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Apex Classes, and Triggers.




Implement Omni-Channel Routing, Service Console, and Knowledge Management solutions.
Build Flows and automation to streamline support processes.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Develop reports, dashboards, and service performance metrics.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
Provide production support and resolve complex business issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
