End-to-End Sales Recruitment: Manage full-lifecycle hiring for field sales, key account management, and commercial operations roles from sourcing and screening to assessment, negotiation, and offer issuance.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Build and maintain active candidate funnels across multiple channels, including Job Portals, LinkedIn, Social Networks, Employee Referrals, and Advertisements.
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with Department Heads to understand headcount targets, define job specs, and maintain explicit hiring timelines.
Process & SLA Management: Establish and adhere to hiring protocols, recruitment SLAs, and daily tracker updates to ensure efficient turnarounds.
Candidate Experience & Onboarding: Design a welcoming experience for new joiners, ensuring structured hand-holding and seamless integration into the sales team.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree (MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred).
Experience: 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or client-facing roles. Fresh graduates with relevant project/internship experience are welcome to apply.
Recruitment Acumen: Robust understanding of screening methodologies, behavioral interviewing techniques, and sales profile assessment.
Stakeholder Management: Ability to communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and influence both hiring managers and prospective candidates.
Analytical & Tech Skills: Comfort with ATS tools, recruitment dashboards, and Excel/trackers to monitor TA metrics and SLAs.
