Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct functional testing of SAP SD module, including sales order processing, customer management, and billing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize test cases based on business requirements.
Develop and execute manual test plans, scripts, and reports to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Participate in defect resolution activities by identifying issues during testing and working closely with developers to resolve them.
Provide timely feedback on product quality and suggest improvements for future releases.
