Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have solid sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals.

You will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building partnerships, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable products/services.
Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Develop and implement strategic business growth plans.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, product) to ensure smooth client onboarding.




Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Represent the company at meetings, events, and industry functions when required

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Valuable understanding of sales pipeline and CRM tools.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in B2B or B2C sales.

Prior experience in handling corporate clients is a plus.

Knowledge of CRM tools like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive personality.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
