Job Description: The Business Analyst will work closely with the COO to drive business performance, program manage strategic and operational initiatives, and support executive decision-making through data-driven insights, governance, and reviews. The role requires robust analytical, project management, and stakeholder coordination skills in a manufacturing workplace.

Role & responsibilities
Drive COO-led strategic initiatives, including business planning, productivity improvement, cost optimization, and operational excellence programs and strategic business initiatives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Quality, Engineering, Commercial, and Plant functions to ensure effective execution.
Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, KPI trackers, performance summaries, and analytical reports to support business reviews and decision-making.
Prepare agendas, presentations, briefing notes, board materials, leadership review packs, meeting minutes, decision logs, and action trackers.
Monitor progress against commitments,



follow up with stakeholders, identify risks or delays, and escalate issues when required.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in engineering; MBA preferred.
Experience in business analysis, program management, manufacturing operations, supply chain, business excellence, strategy, or transformation projects.
Demonstrated experience in structured project and program management, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, and execution of business initiatives.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong business acumen with an understanding of manufacturing performance drivers and operational metrics.
Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards, management reporting, and data analysis tools; ERP/BI/manufacturing systems experience is an advantage.
