Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst with 0 to 4 years of experience who can analyze business data, identify trends, prepare meaningful reports, and support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Excel, SQL, Power BI, and basic Python, along with robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Roles & Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and interactive reports.
Write SQL queries to extract, filter, join, and analyze data.
Perform data cleaning and transformation using Excel, Power Query, or Python.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Track KPIs and generate business performance reports.
Work with different teams to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
Identify data inconsistencies and ensure data accuracy.




Automate repetitive reporting and data-processing tasks wherever possible.
Present analytical findings and insights to stakeholders in a explicit and understandable manner.
Support ad-hoc data analysis and business reporting requirements.

Key Skills Required

Advanced MS Excel Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF formulas, Charts, Power Query
SQL – SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, JOIN, Subqueries, CTEs, Aggregate Functions
Power BI – Data Modeling, Power Query, DAX, Dashboard Development, Visualization
Python – Basic knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and data analysis
Understanding of Data Cleaning & Data Visualization
Basic understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts
Knowledge of Gen AI / AI tools for data analysis will be an added advantage
