Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end client implementation for products and managed services from contract sign-off to go-live.
Lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams; drive a culture of ownership and excellence
Own architecture and solution design for complex, distributed systems
Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and cloud-native
Provide technical leadership across .NET, Golang, Python, and PostgreSQL
Drive cloud adoption, DevOps practices, and CI/CD implementation
Embed security-first principles and ensure compliance with ISO, SOC 2, and GDPR
Oversee end-to-end delivery with high quality and predictability
Collaborate with Product and Business teams to align engineering with outcomes

Preferred candidate profile
1215 years in software engineering with 3–5+ years in leadership roles
Robust experience in .NET, Golang, Python, and PostgreSQL
Proven expertise in system design and distributed architectures
Experience with cloud-based development and microservices architecture
Robust understanding of security and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, GDPR)
Demonstrated ability to build and scale engineering teams
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes.
