Must have real estate/construction-related accounting

-Handle day-to-day accounting entries,

-Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate and timely accounting.

-Prepare and file GST returns GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation, etc.

-Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns.

-Bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.

-Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, bills, and supporting documents.

-Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.

-Knowledge of real estate/construction-related accounting transactions, including contractor bills, project expenses, customer receipts, and advances.

-Assist in preparation of MIS reports, P&L;, balance sheet, outstanding reports, and other financial statements.

-Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and internal departments.

-Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

-Support monthly and yearly closing of accounts.

-Maintain proper documentation and records
