Role & responsibilities

This is a full time, on-site Tele Calling role based in Mumbai (Chembur). The Tele Caller will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce company services, explain product features, and respond to basic queries. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, updating customer information in the system, and following up on leads to support the sales and customer support teams. The role also involves handling inbound calls, resolving customer concerns where possible, and escalating complex issues to relevant team members. The Tele Caller is expected to meet call and conversion targets while maintaining a courteous, professional, and compliant communication style.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong verbal communication skills in English and local languages(Marathi & Hindi), with clear and confident telephone etiquette.

Ability to listen actively, understand customer needs,



and respond with accurate and relevant information.

Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM tools or call management systems, and comfort working with spreadsheets or databases.

Customer service mindset, with patience, problem-solving ability, and a focus on building positive customer relationships.

Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes, prioritize tasks, and meet daily targets.

Ability to work in office in Mumbai (Chembur) on a full time schedule and collaborate effectively with the sales and support teams.

Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales process roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

Minimum educational qualification at the high school level; higher education in commerce, business, or related fields is a plus.
