Role & responsibilities:-
Solid experience in quantity surveying, tendering, or contracts management, only from real estate development.
To lead the preparation of detailed Cost estimates, Tender documents and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for Civil, Interior Finishes, Landscape and Faade.
The role involves providing expert cost advice and ensuring accurate budget management that meet quality standards.
Stay updated with and ensure compliance with market standards and valuable practices, applicable codes and BOQ standards, guiding junior team members as needed.
Preparation of Tender documents, Contract documents, and detailed BOQs in coordination with architects and consultants.
Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs; supporting budget preparation for current projects.
