Job Summary:-

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to lead and manage our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales, enhance customer experience, and grow the brand presence across digital platforms. You must have a solid understanding of both compliance and consumer-focused online marketing.

Role & responsibilities
Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy for online perfume Based Platforms and Digital Visiting Cards Based products.
Manage sales across multiple platforms like company website, Amazon, Flipkart etc.).
Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, content accuracy, and promotions.
Coordinate with digital marketing teams for SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing.
Run targeted campaigns to increase awareness and sales of specific SKUs.
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.)



to assess ROI and performance.
Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth order processing, packaging, and delivery.
Maintain accurate stock levels and forecasting based on seasonal trends and sales data.
Generate weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
Recommend improvements based on data insights and customer behavior.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Sales & Strategy, or a related field. MBA preferred.
3 to 6 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in perfumes and Gadgets
Robust knowledge of e-commerce platforms, payment gateways
Understanding of B2B e-commerce models.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, Shopify/Magento, etc.
Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
