We are hiring Tamil-speaking Customer Support Executives for our Chennai office. Our customers speak Tamil, so this is a Tamil-first role. If you are comfortable talking to people on the phone all day and you like solving problems, this job will suit you.
Freshers are welcome. We will train you on our systems.
What you will do
Answer customer calls in Tamil and help them with their questions, complaints and requests
Understand what the customer actually needs, and either solve it or route it to the right team
Record every call properly in our internal CRM system what the customer said, what you told them, and what happens next
Follow up on the callbacks you promise, on time
Explain our plans and pricing when customers ask, and help customers who want to cancel find a better option
Handle upset customers calmly and professionally
What we are looking for
Fluent, natural spoken Tamil this is the most significant requirement
Basic English — enough to write explicit notes in our system and understand instructions
Patience. Some customers will be unhappy, some will repeat themselves, and some will not understand technology. You need to stay calm with all of them.
Willingness to write things down. Good record-keeping matters here as much as good talking.
Comfortable using a computer and a smartphone. You do not need CRM experience — we will train you.
Able to work from our Chennai office, six days a week
What we offer
Fixed monthly salary plus a monthly performance incentive based on your customer ratings — the better your customers rate you, the more you earn
Full training on our systems and our product from day one
PF, ESI and all statutory advantages
A small team where your work is visible and your ideas are heard
Genuine growth — this desk is being built now, and the people who join early will lead it
