Role Overview:

TheApprentice Retail Operations will undergo on-the-job training under theNational Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme (NAPS) program. The role is designedto provide hands-on exposure to retail store operations, customer service,merchandising, and sales support while developing qualified skills in afast-paced retail workplace.

KeyDeliverables (Essentialfunctions& Responsibilities ofthe Job) :

Assist customers on the shop floor by understandingtheir requirements and providing suitable product recommendations and alwaysensure a positive and engaging customer experience.

Support day-to-day store operations including stock replenishment, product display, and maintaining store standards.

Assist in receiving, tagging, and arranging merchandise.

Ensure the store floor is clean, organized, andvisually appealing





Assist the sales team in achieving store salestargets.

Help in stock counts, stock transfers, andmaintaining inventory accuracy

Ensureminimization ofcostsby controlling wastage, handling merchandise properly

To avoid shrinkagein the store

Ensure visual merchandising standardsare adheredtoandstandards are maintained

Handler esponsibility of cashieringasand whenneeded. Followcompanyprocesses andguidelines forstoreoperatingprocedures
