Required Skills and Experience
5+ years of overall experience in developing, deploying and operating AI models, algorithms or AI-enabled applications in enterprise environments.
Solid foundation in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing and Large Language Model applications.
Hands-on experience building production-grade AI agents, RAG pipelines, NLP workflows or GenAI solutions is preferred.
Robust programming skills in Python and/or R, with practical experience in AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn and specialised NLP / LLM frameworks.
Knowledge of MLOps and LLMOps practices, including model lifecycle management, deployment pipelines, monitoring, evaluation and operational support.
Experience with up-to-date cloud platforms such as AWS,



Google Cloud Platform or Azure for AI model development, deployment and operations.
Good understanding of data governance, privacy, information security, technology risk and compliance requirements for AI systems in regulated settings.
Advanced analytical, problem-solving and debugging skills with the ability to improve model performance and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication, teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills to work with product owners, platform teams, data teams and business stakeholders.
Relevant experience in insurance, financial services, fintech or regulated enterprise environments is a plus.
