About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant with hands-on experience in Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and Manpower Vendor Management. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of CTC structure, payroll processing, PF, ESIC, PT & LWF, vendor billing, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Verify manpower vendor bills, supporting documents, attendance, and salary sheets before processing.
Handle CTC restructuring and understand salary components such as Basic, HRA, Special Allowance, and other CTC components.
Have thorough knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT & LWF calculations, deductions, and eligibility.
Coordinate with manpower vendors, maintain good working relationships, and ensure timely processing and payment of vendor bills.
Ensure timely processing and payment of manpower vendor bills through proper follow-up.
Prepare and maintain PF/ESIC challans and ensure timely statutory compliance.




Ensure accuracy of employee data, attendance, deductions, salary calculations and vendor billing.
Maintain proper payroll, vendor, and compliance records for audits and documentation.

Candidate Requirements
Hands-on experience in Payroll, Statutory Compliance, and Manpower Vendor Management.
Robust understanding of CTC structure, restructuring, and salary components.
Good working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and statutory calculations.
Experience in manpower vendor billing verification and vendor coordination.
Good command of MS Excel and payroll data management.
Solid attention to detail, follow-up, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle payroll and vendor activities independently and meet monthly deadlines.
