Monitor platform health, usage, licensing, and performance through Power Platform Admin Center and CoE dashboards.
Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations through ServiceNow, ensuring SLA compliance.
Troubleshoot application, integration, authentication, connector, and platform-related issues.
Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), solution deployment, and CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and Power Platform tools.
Develop operational reports and governance dashboards using Power BI.
Maintain platform documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
Collaborate with security, compliance,



engineering, and business teams to ensure secure and scalable platform adoption.
