Ensure timely tool replacements to minimize downtime and maintain machining accuracy.
6S- Conduct regular audits and drive team accountability.
Champion the 6S methodology to maintain a clean, organized, and secure work workplace.
Kaizen- Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives. Identify inefficiencies, lead problem-solving sessions, and implement process enhancements across machining operations.
Setup time reduction- Collaborate with operators and engineering teams to standardize best practices and improve the output.
Diploma in mechanical engineering & Automobile Engineering

1.CNC Turning Programming & Setting (FANUC)
2.Knowedge of CNC toolings
3.Knowledge of Drawing reading
